Meet Our Founders
Founded by seasoned entertainment professionals, Michelle Cirrito and Marisa Kouroubacalis.
Michelle Cirrito has been dancing since the age of four, developing a lifelong passion that has taken her from the studio to some of the biggest stages in professional sports and entertainment. Trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and pro-cheer styles, Michelle blends technical versatility with high-energy performance.
Her career includes dancing in the MASL (Major Arena Soccer League), NBA, and NFL, where she brought precision, charisma, and athleticism to arenas packed with fans. She has also performed internationally on Extraaa Innings T20, further showcasing her adaptability across diverse audiences and formats.
In addition to performing, Michelle has shared her love of dance as an instructor, teaching children the foundations of movement, discipline, and self-expression. Whether in the studio or on the field, she is dedicated to inspiring others through her artistry, professionalism, and passion for dance.
Marisa Kouroubacalis, known professionally as Dynamyte, has been performing almost her entire life. She began dancing at age two, studying tap, jazz, ballet, and eventually pointe.
A vocalist, drummer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, she has collaborated with Grammy-winning music teams. From ages 8 to 18, Marisa toured nationally as half of the sibling duo Michael & Marisa, performing over 350 shows and opening for artists such as Ariana Grande, Christina Perri, Cody Simpson, and more.
Beyond music, Marisa is also a proud dog mom to her Bichon Frise, Cutie Patootie, who joined her on a 24-city national tour, making an enthusiastic cameo on stage at every show.
